A small push-pull optical fibre connector, usually paired as a duplex clip. The standard for high-speed fibre links in data centres and modern networks.

Its tiny 1.25 mm ferrule is half the size of older SC connectors, letting twice as many fibres fit on the same switch panel.

Never look into a lit fibre, and keep the dust caps on, one speck kills the link.
